Magnate Villa’s are based in Walsall and sell villas in Spain, Italy and Cyprus. They offer a comprehensive guide to buying a villa including advice on rental income, living costs, mortgages and local information.

Magnate Villa’s had a current website which no longer met their requirements so Think Incorporated were commissioned to design and build a new website that will raise the profile of the company, allow users to search a vast database of properties and inform users about the local surrounding area and useful local information.

The website is constructed around a bespoke Content Management System allows Magnate Villa’s to update the content of the site themselves. The site is also integrated with existing property databases allowing the site to feature a large range of properties.
