Rhys-Davies Properties is a niche developer of distinctive luxury homes specialising in sensitive restoration and conversion schemes and new select communities.

Think Incorporated were commissioned to create an online brochure to specifically showcase two current projects - Barbourne Works and Parc Derllwyn. Barbourne Works is a newly converted Grade II listed building comprising of 46 two-bedroom luxury apartments. Parc Derllwyn is an exclusive development of 83 family homes in South Wales.

The site contains details of the developments, photos and floor plans.
